Single arm/leg lift

Physical Therapy in Seattle for Lower Back

Sit on a ball with your feet and knees together.  Breathe with your diaphragm while keeping your inner unit activated. 

Lift your right arm and your left leg up at the same time.

Slowly lower and switch to the left arm and right leg.

Try to stay relaxed but not let the ball move or your hips shift.

Breathe throughout the exercise.

Repeat as advised by your Physical Therapist.
